Friday, September 6 from 4 – 8pm
Nasher Museum of Art & Rubenstein Arts Center
Launch into the new school year with a block party from Duke Arts and the Nasher Museum! Open to all undergrads, mingle with classmates while enjoying food, live music, workshops, and of course – art!
The party starts at the Nasher with a photo booth, art activities, music, and a snack and drink bar. At 5:30, the Bulltown Strutters will lead a New Orleans-style parade across Campus Drive to the Ruby, where you’ll find food trucks, the interactive exhibition AS WATER FALLS, arts workshops where you can screenprint your own tshirt and make a new Swiftie bracelet, a concert by hyperpop rising star Father Koi, and more!
Part of Arts Welcome Week, this annual event is a fun way to explore the campus arts scene while meeting & catching up with classmates across Duke!
