Testo is an extraordinary, intimate, and unflinchingly raw solo show from Wet Mess—one of the most electrifying performers on the UK’s drag and theatre circuits. Blending verbatim testimony, lip-sync, dance, and disorienting cabaret, Wet Mess uses their formidable stagecraft to explore transmasculinity, bodily autonomy, queer identity, and the spaces in-between. Winner of Not Another Drag Competition at London’s legendary Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Mess delivers a performance that is at once grotesque and gorgeous—a visceral unraveling of binaries and a celebration of becoming.
