Kombucha 101

Taught by Hyewon Grigoni

Some say it soothes their skin, their joints, or even boosts their immune system. So maybe it’s time you start. Or maybe you love kombucha already but are starting to wonder why you pay upwards of $6 a bottle for this habit. If only you knew how to make it at home!

Students will be provided with either a brew vessel, or individual kombucha jar. Students are encouraged to bring their own clean, food-safe glass jars if accessible.
