About the Workshop
Join us for this yoga and movement workshop designed around the 2nd and 5th chakras to get the creative juices flowing, open the mind-body, and support our unique voices.

About the Instructor
Courtney Liu is a Duke alum (Trinity 2013, Psychology), professional dancer (Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake), and member of the inaugural cohort of Duke’s new M.F.A. in Dance. Courtney is an RYT-200 yoga instructor who has taught at Duke Recreation & Fitness as well as New York Yoga. She has also taught dance nationally and internationally for the past 15 years. Courtney’s research investigates pedagogical and choreographic methods that embrace somatic listening, whole embodiment and engaged artistic flow states.
