About the Workshop
This yoga and movement workshop will focus on the third and fourth chakras to balance a powerful sense of will and purpose with an open and receiving heart. Just in time for Valentine’s Day! Join us tonight if you didn’t get a chance to attend the session on 2/8, or if you just want to attend this event again.

About the Instructor
Courtney Liu is a Duke alum (Trinity 2013, Psychology), professional dancer (Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake), and member of the inaugural cohort of Duke’s new M.F.A. in Dance. Courtney is an RYT-200 yoga instructor who has taught at Duke Recreation & Fitness as well as New York Yoga. She has also taught dance nationally and internationally for the past 15 years. Courtney’s research investigates pedagogical and choreographic methods that embrace somatic listening, whole embodiment and engaged artistic flow states.
