Performance CareTaught by Courtney Liu
About the Workshop
The tension we carry in our bodies can negatively affect not only our physical and mental health, but our performance as well. Join this interactive workshop to learn how to use balls, massage sticks, foam rollers, and essential oils to release the body for improved performance. Techniques will focus on the feet, calves, hamstrings, hips, hip flexors, shoulders, neck, and more.
Treat yourself to an evening of massage and self-care. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world again! This workshop includes a mini release massage and free balls to take home to continue your recovery practice. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a container for water to this workshop!
