About the Workshop

If you didn’t get a chance to join us for our Cardio Dance Kickoff  on August 24th, or if you want to try out your new moves one more time join us for a lunchtime dance cardio workout to ignite your creativity and boost your physical and mental health! In this workshop you’ll learn basic dance moves that are simple, uplifting, and safe to do in your home or dorm room. A back-to-school themed playlist strings together these moves in a guaranteed workout for your heart and your soul.
