Cardio Dance for All Levels: “Back to School” Edition, Take 2
About the Workshop
Join us tonight if you didn’t get a chance to attend the Cardio Dance Kickoff on September 1st, or if you want to try out your new moves one more time!
Where there is dance there is joy! Studies have shown that dance improves memory and boosts our mood in addition to the physical and mental benefits of exercise. In this workshop, you will learn basic jazz and musical theater dance moves that are simple, uplifting, and a total blast to perform. These moves will be strung together in a cardio dance format to guarantee a great workout for your heart. Join us to ignite your creativity, lift your spirits, and boost your physical/mental health!
Note: This event is open to the entire Duke Community.
