Dance Cardio for All Levels: Spring Kickoff Take 2

About the Workshop
Welcome back! We hope you had a wonderful break. Join us tonight if you didn’t get a chance to attend the Cardio Dance Kickoff on January 16th, or if you want to try out your new moves one more time.
Unpack, unwind, and relax as you learn basic dance moves that are simple, uplifting, and safe to do in your new surroundings. A back-to-school themed playlist strings together these moves in a guaranteed workout for your heart and your soul. Join us to ignite your creativity, celebrate new beginnings, and boost your physical and mental health!
Note: This event is open to the entire Duke Community.
