GRAMMY-winning, NY-based Attacca Quartet, known for their fresh interpretations of traditional and contemporary works of classical music, join Duke Performances for a virtual residency culminating in a September 12 performance recorded specifically for Duke and Durham audiences.
During their 2020/21 residency, Attacca Quartet will visit the combined Duke Wind Symphony and Duke Symphony Orchestra under the instruction of Verena Möesenbichler-Bryant and Harry Davidson. Members of the quartet, including Andrew Yee (cello), Domenic Salerni (violin), and Nathan Schram (viola), will also lead chamber master classes and participate in class visits co-hosted by the Department of Music and other campus partners.
