Community Workshop: Open to all – no Duke affiliation required!
Take a much needed break for some deep relaxation. Open to all levels, this 90-minute Restorative Yoga workshop is about deep rest through supported poses, guided breathwork, and stillness. With the help of props, you’ll settle into comfortable postures that encourage profound release and restoration. No experience is needed—just a desire to slow way down and reconnect with yourself.
Wear comfortable, either loose or work-out style clothes.
Please only register if you are sure you can attend. There is a tight cap for this workshop and we want to make sure every spot is used. If you register and then find you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation.
