Mika Deshmukh started her career in advertising as a member of Ogilvy’s 2019 Associates Program cohort and then continued on as a Social Strategist. She now works as Managing Director at JUV Consulting, a Gen Z marketing start-up, ensuring that client work is high quality and that project teams are supported. Mika loves marketing strategy work, especially social intelligence and cultural insights.

Gianna Miller ‘19

Social Impact Assistant, Brand Consulting, Creative Artists Agency

Major: Visual & Media Studies / Minor: Art History

Gianna Miller works at the intersection of culture and impact. A member of Creative Artists Agency’s Social Impact group, her work includes helping brands define what they stand for and aligning their business goals with impact initiatives.

Katherine Ahn ‘19

Development Manager & Assistant to the Director, Swiss Institute

Major: Visual & Media Studies

Katherine Ahn is the Development Manager at Swiss Institute, a contemporary art institution in New York. She is responsible for securing the funding necessary for the institution to support emerging artists and to continuously commit to its mission of being open to the public free-of-charge. Katherine graduated Duke with a B.A. in Visual & Media Studies.
