DukeCreate is a series of free, hands-on arts workshops designed to help Duke students, staff, and faculty develop a variety of creative skills. Moments of Mindfulness
This program offers the Duke community opportunities to relax, reenergize, and recharge through a variety of wellness experiences within the Student Wellness Center. Moments of Mindfulness promotes the reduction of stress and anxiety while prioritizing self-care and focusing on the present.
