Reproducing the Duke Arts Logo

When displaying the Duke Arts logo in all grant-related publicity and printed materials, refer to the style usage guide for additional information on reformatting, size, placement, etc. 

We will specify logo format, i.e., w/ or w/o URL.

Event Listing

Any event funded by the Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts must be listed in the Duke University event calendar at http://calendar.duke.edu/events/.

Sponsor Recognition

If you list sponsor participation in printed materials or on your web site you must include the Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts. For radio, television and non-written announcements please use the language above.

Press Release and Printed Materials

Visiting Artist Program Boilerplate

The goal of the Visiting Artist Program is to support projects that will enrich the life of the university and broader community, augment the curricular efforts of a range of departments and programs, facilitate the interaction of artists and scholars, foster the reputation of Duke University as a place where the arts are vital and diverse, and contribute to the arts as a whole.

AND

Where possible include the Duke Arts logo.

As we work to make the arts an essential component of the academic experience of each Duke student, we encourage all recipients of funding from the Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts to use the Duke Arts logo.
