About CAST

As a member of the Creative Arts Student Team (CAST), you will collaborate with the Duke Arts staff to increase brand awareness with on- and off-campus audiences and help coordinate logistics for our programs and major initiatives during a comprehensive rebranding period that will affect all Duke Arts sub-brands, including Duke Arts Create and Duke Arts Presents (formerly Duke Performances).
CAST members are paid $16.50/hour and are expected to work an average of 6 hours/week for the entirety of the Fall 2023 semester (late August through December). There will be a possibility of renewal for the Spring 2024 semester. Members will report to the Student Engagement Coordinator. Participation in the CAST program may meet the internship requirements for the Museum Theory and Practice Concentration in AAHVS as well as Experiential Learning requirements in the I&E Certificate.
